Basic Function: Provide quality service to Financial Professionals & Virtual Sales Assistants.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing
    • Prepare paperwork for Financial Professionals and their clients
    • Learn new computer programs on an ongoing basis
    • Maintain a solid knowledge of Lincoln’s software systems
  • Telephone Skills
    • Handle inbound calls from investors and assist with inquiries
    • Handle inbound calls from Financial Professionals
    • Document all client interactions in the applicable Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
  • Appointment Preparation
    • Prepare account reviews as needed
    • Confirm appointments with clients as needed
    • Record Annual Meaningful Contact dates
  • Customer Service
    • Provide quality customer service to Financial Professionals
    • Provide quality customer service to clients of Financial Professionals
    • Stay apprised of recent changes to industry and/or company rules and regulations
  • Assist Virtual Sales Assistants (VSAs)
    • Be a dependable team player
    • Assist with recurring projects/mailings
    • Other projects and tasks as assigned
Knowledge Experience:
  • Strong computer skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Previous investment/brokerage operations experience preferred
  • Experience with Lincoln Investment operations and/or sales assistant functions is a plus
Skills:
  • Prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Ownership and accountability for one’s work
  • Ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain organization of multiple projects and manage time well
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Office365, etc.)
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience
  • Series 6 & 63 or 7 & 66 preferred

Physical and Other Requirements: May sit at workstation for extended periods of time. May view video display screen for extended periods of time. Periods of fast pace are normal, particularly when working to meet deadlines.
